Cancel free 48 hrs before check-in; 1 night's fee (with taxes) applies for late cancellations or no-shows, and remaining reservations will be cancelled.

Pre-Authorization Policy
No pre-authorization required for booking, but incidental charges may require pre-authorization upon check-in.
Bond Fee
The hotel may require a bond fee to be paid upon check-in as a security deposit amounting to PGK 150 for rooms and PGK 300 for Apartments. The bond fee is refundable if none of the items in the rooms are missing or damaged, as verified by the hotel team.
Airport transfer
Provide flight details at booking and update us 24 hrs before arrival or departure to secure transfers.
Early Check-In
Access rooms after 10:00 a.m. before check-in time for 50% of one night’s fee; notify the hotel in advance (subject to availability).
Late arrival
Secure room without physical check-in at no extra fee if charges are pre-paid or secured by a credit facility; notify before check-in.
Pre-registration (extension by preponed arrival)
Access rooms before 10:00 a.m. with pre-payment for extra nights; notify 48 hours in advance.
Early Departure Fee
Departing earlier than initial check-out date incurs a fee of one night’s room charge and taxes.
Late Check-Out
Subject to availability; late check-out incurs 50% of one night’s fee. Check-out after 2 p.m. requires prepayment as an extension.

Notify the hotel 24 hrs in advance for late departure. Extra nights require prepayment, subject to availability.

Currency & Tax
Above rates are in PGK and inclusive of 10% Government GST (Goods and Services Tax). A letter of authorization from the Papua New Guinea Internal Revenue Commission is required to claim goods and services tax exemption.
External Food & Beverage Policy
Bringing outside food or beverages onto hotel premises is prohibited to ensure compliance to HACCP Standards for food safety, hygiene, and service quality. Guests violating this policy will have the items confiscated until checkout.
Baby Cots
Baby cots incur an additional cost of K60 & are subject to availability.
Notice to the guest
• Check in time is from 2.p.m and check out time is 10.a.m.
• Fines of PGK 400 for smoking and PGK 600 for chewing of betel nut in the hotel premises are applicable, and doing so will result in being asked to leave.
• The hotel and/or its staff will not be liable for any loss, theft, and/or damages of cash, valuables, personal belongings, vehicles, or any incidentals thereof, etc.
• The hotel and/or its staff are not liable to any guest for intentional or unintentional unsafe & inattentive use of any hotel facilities.
• The designated parking area is for hotel guests during their stay only and any unauthorized parked vehicles will be towed away.
• The hotel may charge the guest's presented credit card; in case of failure to sign for the charges upon check-out if covered by a credit policy.
• The guest is liable if the indicated person, firm or corporation fails to pay the charges incurred during the guest's stay
• To comply with Papua New Guinea fire safety regulations, please adhere to the occupancy limits of persons in rooms as per booking confirmation
